WANDIARIES: ROVE HOTELS, DOWNTOWN DUBAI
Have you seen the new beef in town? I got a chance to see the beautiful RoveDowntown Dubai, just in the very heartbeat of the city with a view of Burj Khalifa and Manhattan feels skyline. A little info about their name; Rove means to wander, traverse. You can already tell that this is for you people who can't sit at home to watch movies the whole day but choose adventure.
The place might look expensive because of the modernity yet cultural architecture, but they are a mid-range hotel that everyone can afford. Mid-range is a bit tricky because people see it as poor service, ugly rooms, incomplete facilities, and the list goes on and on. Rove changed the game! You have to see it to believe it.
A not so very typical lobby will welcome you once you step inside. They have two MAC Pc's and charging stations on the tables itself while waiting to check in/out. There's a big "location pin" in front of you with the exact google map code. Few more steps and you'll find yourself in a cultural set-up lounge. Did I mention they have PS4 stations? Yes, they do.
They also got lockers, meeting rooms, swimming pool, WiFi, and laundry room. (will probably show you that on a video blog once I get to do a staycation at Rove!)
Listed above are the locations where Rove Hotels will be and so on...
Let's talk about their Restaurant, "The Daily: Eat Global . Meet Local" is located right after you pass inside ZOOM.
What's on the menu? International.
What did I eat/drink? Check out the photos below. I won't be able to tell you the exact name but I made sure to order pizza, steak, and salmon. I'm rating them 9/10 from service to food quality. It took longer than expected preparing the food, I guess because they make sure to provide quality.
Will I recommend Rove Hotels? HECK YES.
