2019 is just around the corner and we can all agree that we are not getting any younger. There are important things that we take so lightly that are actually life-changing in the most simplest form. Doing a positive change in our lifestyle can have a long term impact and i’m all up for it! I know the last days of the year are a little bit tricky because who doesn’t love food during this festive season? But here are Top 5 things I wanna change once the New Year steps in and definitely a #SplitFrom the unhealthy lifestyle..

Wake up early.

Waking up late is one of the bad habits I’ve been carrying for the past 3 years. Ever since I became a freelancer and have the time of my own, I abused my sleeping pattern and took advantage of the snooze life. I’m also more creative at night so I tend to sleep late which results to waking up late and that means less productivity. This coming year, I’ll challenge my mind and body to wake up early and have a productive day than night.

The word of God is the fuel for the soul. I know that the more I read His word, the more I know Him, and the more and I understand him deeply. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well”. Aside from the bible, I also want to spend more on meaningful books that will help me better my craft and personal life.

Eat breakfast.

I’m the worst when it comes to eating breakfast. I wake up around 11 in the morning which results to eating late lunch and that is considered my first meal when we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There are a lot of benefits eating breakfast can give like increase in metabolism, a more productive brain, and a more happy attitude. It doesn’t even have to be a big one, just the right one.

Set daily goals.

So, I can wake up early and eat breakfast but what’s the next step? Having daily goals are probably the best goals. Not only will it feel satisfying to tick off the list one by one but it can also make me accountable for my daily actions. It’s not always the big goals that are life changing, but the small tasks that can be of healthy practice like “making the bed”, “clean work desk”, etc.

Exercise and I have a love and hate relationship. There are days that I wake up motivated, but most days feel like my bed is more inviting. Just thinking of changing to my workout clothes makes my tired already. 😄 This 2019, I have to remind myself that I don’t have to do it perfectly or I don’t have to feel like I’m dying to consider that I exercised. I just have to keep moving and remind myself that there are many forms of workouts like dancing, jogging, running, and even walking.

I’m so excited to say that the Reebok Sole Fury will play a big role on this change. If I haven’t said it yet, I used to work for Reebok back in Dubai and I understood every single collection from crossfit to training to heritage. What I love about the Reebok Sole Fury is that it carries a Split Cushioning System that allows to remove weight and add flexibility to the shoes. What’s better than working out with light shoes? It’s definitely a game changer and definitely a #SplitFrom all the normal workout shoes out there. I’ve worn this a few times now and it’s undeniably comfortable!

But hold up, it’s also so stylish for an everyday look. You can definitely pair it with an all black outfit just like how I did it here! Also, there are different color ways that you might love. So what’s holding you back? If you plan on purchasing (which you shouldn’t think twice), SHOP HERE.
