This blog is super late because “life and work” happened, but I’m finally here writing my final verdict about the latest makeup products I’m using and loving! It's been roughly 2 months since I purchased some these products and it's now the perfect time to write about it. I'm pretty sure I reviewed it enough.

1. Huda Beauty Faux Filter Foundation

I am obsessed with this foundation. It gives me a flawless coverage with only one pump! I used the shade Latte 300N which is one shade lighter than what I usually get whenever I buy foundations because I heard that this oxidises quite fast. I was honestly expecting my face to look greasy by the end of the days but the oils were really minimal (combination to oily skin). I've read reviews that it becomes cakey after some time but moisturizing your face before applying this foundation will do the trick.

2. Huda Beauty 3D Highlighter

This product was gifted to me by Ate Nina during my 3rd Blog Anniversary party. It's not the first highlight palette I own but it's definitely one of its kind. I love how Huda created 4 different shades that can actually do a glow makeup look on your face. My personal favorite is the Tahiti because it gives me that tan glow! It's long lasting and definitely pigmented. It might look intimidating at first but it's very subtle on the skin and when you build it up, you literally glow!

3. Dream St. Colourpop X Kathleen Lights palette

So when Kathleen announced that she was collaborating yet again with Colourpop and this time a palette, I knew I had to get one. I don't like shimmer on my lids but I specifically got this because of its warm and neutral tones that were matte finishes. It doesn't appear dry on the lids and it actually makes the lids alive and popping! I've been digging shooting star, magical, potion, and elfish out of their shell and I just can't get enough. I used to always do that one-color eyeshadow but with the neutrals of Dream St, I blend all these colors yet it doesn't look overdone. Plus, a palette this good for $16? Why the heck would you not purchase?

4. Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder

First of all, I only recently learned the art of baking, and I never thought I'd learn it on the face first before learning it in the kitchen. haha! So when I was searching for the best setting powder, this and RCMA came up and I immediately purchased both. Yes, Laura Mercier is on the pricey side but wow, it gives my skin a very healthy glow! It really does make my undereye makeup last longer. It works perfectly for both dry and oily skin. I'm not sure about the others, but i don't usually have to retouch throughout the day whenever I use this setting powder. Must have!

5. Benefit Cosmetics Bronzer

I can go away without contouring my face when I use this Hoola bronzer. One thing I noticed though, the shade is not consistent on my skin. Some days I look so orange-y, some days I look so tan. Most days, it looks so good on my skin; a little goes a long way. I have to admit, I hate this packaging! I don't get why benefit needed a super high box and I had to always dig my brush deep. I normally use this bronzer when I go for tan-glowy makeup because the bronzer itself already does its job!

6. NARS Foundation

This was my go-to foundation before I got me the Huda Beauty Faux Filter. This is probably a strong unpopular opinion, but NARS is way better compared to Fenty Beauty. Long lasting? yes. Medium to full coverage? yes. Expensive? Heck yes. I love using this foundation when I know I'll be out and about the whole day under the sun. I love how it does not oxidize so the shade stays as it is.

7. Colourpop Priming Spray - Oily Skin

Prime before anything else! That's my motto. If I don't wanna moisturize my face because there are days when I'm super oily, I prime. Priming helps the foundation stay longer and this specific Amethyst spray from Colourpop is for oily skin. Need I say more?

8. Lancome Eyeliner

If you follow me on Instagram, I'm sure you know by now that I went one day to the gym with eyeliner on. I received multiple dm's regarding my eyeliner and how it still looked so perfect even when I was sweating. This is the mighty eyeliner! Again, it's pricey, but you get what you pay for.  The handle is bendable so it works in any angle when applying it.

9. Maybelline Fit me! Concealer

This is not something new but I'm back using the Maybelline Fit me! concealer. I ran out of Colourpop concealers and it takes forever to deliver here in the UAE so I decided to use this again and it still never fails. It looks so soft on the skin and it does not look cakey. If I were to rank makeup, Concealer is my Top 1 priority and this specific concealer can go away without using any foundation.

So... that's about it! I hope you enjoyed the round up of makeup products above and helped you somehow if you are currently thinking of purchasing the same items.
